Library Rules

The Region 9 PRC clearinghouse & library is for the use of the general public and anyone wishing to visit may come by between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 12:00p.m. and 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

The Region 9 PRC is stocked as a prevention materials clearinghouse. The clearinghouse carries contemporary materials on alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs as well as on health living skills and issues. The clearinghouse carries many of the same supplies as the TCADA clearinghouse as well as materials from NCADI and private suppliers. A great deal of the materials issued by the clearinghouse are free; however, some items do have a cost replacement.

Publications are distributed through the clearinghouse in maximum amounts of 25 each per title. For larger orders, there will be a waiting period of approximately 6 - 8 weeks.

Library materials cannot be ordered by any means except in person. Materials can be checked out for periods up to three weeks.
