Region 9 Prevention Resource Center

Welcome!

The intent of the Prevention Resource center is to increase the visibility and effectiveness of prevention of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use in the region through information dissemination, and identification of training resources and of best practices. Achievement of this will be done by performing a coordinative role between Texas Department of State Health Service prevention staff, other regional Prevention Resource Centers, local news media, and prevention providers within the region.

2008 Texas Teen Tobacco Summit & Comprehensive Tobacco Prevention Conference
